Spray Polyurethane Foam Roofing Insulation System

Stops leaks & energy loss from the top down

Conklin’s Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roofing System is a great way to provide high-grade roof insulation for superior protection from the elements. With an insulation value of R6.5 per inch of thickness, SPF effectively controls air infiltration and reduces cooling and heating costs. During the restoration process, the entire roof is insulated with SPF (at a minimum thickness of one inch) and sealed with a reflective finish coat.

  • Stops leaks
  • Stops lateral water seepage with the foams closed-cell structure
  • Simplifies repairs - most damage can be fixed with caulk gun and sealant
  • Extends the life of the roof

  1. Prepare roof surface by removing all loose gravel and debris
  2. Apply SPF with a minimum thickness of one inch
  3. Coat foam surface with appropriate Conklin coating system

“We applied foam and coating to the roof of the Playtex facility in Delaware two decades ago. At that time, I figured that the roof would last about 12-15 years. But 20 years later, the roof was still problem free and going strong - it was jst in need of a recoat to renew the warranty!” - Sheldon S. - Delaware
